It exists a wide range of utilities on the market to gather, analyze and report data of Data Center environments. The list below is just a subset of it.

Generally, utilities are addressing specific processes and/or guidelines of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library... an overview can be found here > link) like change management, service portfolio management or problem management.

The relationship of utilities to ITIL is reflected in the table below, in addition the information if a utility is preinstalled in KRVM (KnowledgeRiver's Virtual Machine) > link respectively if it can be installed in KRVM.
